988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

The 988 Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the United States. We're committed to improving crisis services and advancing suicide prevention by empowering individuals, advancing professional best practices, and building awareness.
The Trevor Project
Provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24. Trained counselors available 24/7 at 1-866-488-7386.
TeenLink
Teen Link is a program of Crisis Connections that serves youth in Washington State. Our teen volunteers are trained to listen to your concerns and talk with you about whatever’s on your mind – bullying, drug and alcohol concerns, relationships, stress, depression or any other issues you’re facing. No issue is too big or too small! Calls and chats are confidential.

They can help you determine if you or your loved one needs professional consultation and can link you to the appropriate services. They are a primary source for linking Seattle-King County residents to emergency mental health services.
WA Warm Line

WA Warm Line is a peer support help line for people living with emotional and mental health challenges. Calls are answered by specially-trained volunteers who have lived experience with mental health challenges. They have a deep understanding of what you are going through and are here to provide emotional support, comfort, and information. All calls are confidential.

Teen Feed
Teen Feed’s programs operate on the principle that when youth are able to rely on consistent contact with safe and non-judgmental adults, they are better able to take on the challenges of finding safe shelter, a job, or attending to their mental or physical health. Teen Feed is a confidential program which respects the needs for safety and privacy of the young people we serve. We provide meal site schedules to youth in program, during outreach, and at the Teen Feed office. Teen Feed offers three integrated programs.
YouthCare
YouthCare works to end youth homelessness and to ensure that young people are valued for who they are and empowered to achieve their potential.
Lambert House
Lambert House empowers lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth through the development of leadership, social, and life skills.
Senior specific resources and programming
Southeast Seattle Senior Center
A one-stop shop for seniors who need information, social interaction, recreation, and lifelong learning. Our daily activities include an extensive exercise program, computer classes, dance classes, and life enrichment classes, along with art classes, games, recreational trips, and more. In addition, we offer yoga, a daily congregate lunch program, massage, and foot care therapy. There is LGBTQIA2S+ programming
available.
